Fairly certain I have a pulled gluteal muscle from yesterday, but it's not unbearable to walk or move so I completed strength intervals with minor modifications. I figure exercise will only help heal it faster so long as I don't strain it. With that in mind I finished my workout with the first 5 minutes of 21 day fix's ab fix and then finished up the last 5 minutes with some back exercises that I knew I would feel some stretch and strength in my tush.
